v0.7.5 - just in time for Haloween
Hello!
It's been a while, but this is a huge update for the game. It brings new enemy to its rooster - bats.
In gif above, you might have seen a glimpse of what they are capable of - and I have made sure, that it would be nothing short of causing major pain in the ass.
Because unlike other enemies, they are not mindlessly storming your castle - they are deliberately targetting your defenders with high explosive grenades!
That is pretty bat, however, every misery presents an opportunity. For example, player can shoot dropped grenade to make it explode before it has any chance of hurting your troops.
However... There is a better option. Player can shoot bat before it has any chance of dropping the grenade in the first place. That way, grenade may fall in the middle of zombie horde, tremendously cutting their numbers.
I hope you have some fun with this mechanic. Hopefully it helps to keep player involved even if they developed a big line of defence.
Other things that has changed with this build:
- defenders now turn to their enemies
- overhaul of sound effects
- rebalance of weapons and enemies
