Before you can do a diceroll, you must put at least 4 laws into the queue.

In 1990 there was a massive ecological disaster, that engulfed the entire Earth. A few years after that, world is still in chaos. Many governments became tyrannical, however your country had chosen a very special way of avoiding such path... 

Every law in a country you are a Prime Minister in is passed or rejected based on roll of the dice. Your job from here and now is to create a queue of policies for the dices to decide. Do you want a specific law to be applied? Put it in the queue, and hope for the best. 

You don't want something to become a policy? Well, you can try to discard a card... For a price, obviously.

Remember, that you pay with taxpayers money.
